RETURNS POLICY

At SAA Clothing, we're committed to sustainability, and as part of our eco-friendly approach, we print each item to order to minimise waste. To ensure you get the perfect fit, please carefully review our sizing guides or reach out to us for personalised sizing advice.

We understand that sometimes sizing might not be quite right, and we're happy to offer a one-time size exchange within 14 days of your delivery to ensure your satisfaction.

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it. Our refund policy lasts for 14 days from when you receive the item. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.

To initiate your return, please email us on hello@saaclothing.com to obtain your unique returns reference. Items returned without this reference may experience delays or may not be identified at all.

While we do not cover the postage cost for returning the initial item to us, we will cover the postage costs for sending your new item to you.

Once your returned item is received and processed by our team, we will promptly process your new order within 5 business days. If you wish to check the status of your new order, feel free to reach out to us at hello@saaclothing.com

Delivery times for your exchanged product may vary based on your location.

For added peace of mind, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. While we do our best to ensure a smooth process, we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item(s), and unfortunately, we won't be able to replace or refund items that do not reach us.
